But what the country is in the mood for is anti-establishment. I think that’s one of the reasons Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush are sailing into headwinds. Bernie Sanders has it. Donald Trump has it in spades. Joe Biden doesn’t have it.
And so whatever the problem is with the Clinton campaign, Joe Biden also has that problem. And so I think he will get a sense of that larger atmosphere, let alone the money and the organization and all that, and Hillary Clinton’s still formidable strength, really. And so my guess — it’s a guess shared by a lot of Democratic insiders — is that he won’t do it.

But she was also making an implicit argument to power-brokers in her own party, who are fielding appeals from Biden backers: nominate me and exploit the gender gap even more.
“And I know that when I talk like this some people think there she goes again with the women’s issues. Republicans actually say I am playing the gender card,” she said. “Well, if calling for equal pay and paid leave and women’s health is playing the gender card, deal me in.”

MOREHEAD, Ky. A transgender man and his wife stepped forward Saturday with paperwork showing that Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis apparently issued them a marriage license in February even though she has blocked forms for same-sex couples over the past two months.
Camryn Colen, who is transgender, and his wife Alexis, who identifies as pan sexual, said Davis’ office provided the license on Feb. 26 without asking to see Camryn’s birth certificate, which still identifies him as female. The couple married that night.
“She saw just a straight couple in love, and she should see everybody like that,” Camryn said. “She shouldn’t just see straight couples like that.”

The DNC deal was probably done in 2008, to avoid an intramural fight. Despite the PUMA outcry, there was no alternative but to vote for Obummer.
I’m starting to think that the conspiracy theory about Trump working for Clinton may be true. Tick off large groups of people; see how few of the other GOoPers can really distance themselves from his hyperbolic statements; make the unmotivated and the fence-riders get off of their duffs and vote for Hillary. Or, maybe the air up in the penthouse is thin and he really thinks those things.

Sanders gains on Clinton in Iowa according to latest poll.
“WHILE DONALD TRUMP has a wide lead among Republicans, Ben Carson slowly and steadily rises. On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders continues to chip away at Clinton’s Iowa lead. Sanders is in first place in New Hampshire.
As I wrote before, whatever Clinton’s advantages were when she announced have been whittled away. That doesn’t mean she won’t be the nominee, but it does push Hillary to quit playing it so safe, listening tours, etc., and game up for the fall contest.
The first sign of this shift to offense was Clinton implying Republicans were acting like “terrorists” on women’s health. It not only made Republicans squeal like stuffed pigs, but changed the subject from the server/email story, which was part of the goal. At the DNC meeting she didn’t even mention the server issue and that’s where she wants to stay until it’s resolve, though it won’t be easy.

This is an entirely manufactured bunch of baloney very swift boat – nothing factual just a lot of drivel from drooling idiots… and people who do not want the Clintons in office for what ever reason. No matter what she says or does it is wrong. and even her alleged surrogates Ed Rendell are off the reservation. She has great support among some wonderful women who are supper campaigners –she should get Jennifer Granholm out as much as possible and Claire McCaskel did a good job or her as well

I kinda feel sorry for some of the conservatives, late to the party, who are now getting started just as the fever of conservatism, having run its course, begins to abate with a welcome return of most of the populace to embracing the values of thought, science, and education.
Some of them I almost feel sorry for. Not many. And not much.
Most of them got it coming.
